Monroe’s Save Our Swifts Committee is celebrating its annual Swifts Night Out Festival on Saturday, September 10, 2011 on the grounds of Monroe’s Frank Wagner Elementary School, beginning around 5 p.m. and ending after sunset. Visit the EAS booth, attend a lecture on swifts and watch thousands of swifts dive into the school chimney while enjoying a picnic on the lawn.
