April can be a great time on Whidbey with a variety of habitats including marshes, shoreline, open water, riparian and forests.

We will look for waterfowl, other waterbirds, returning shorebirds and migrant passerines. You never can tell when we might see a raptor. Bring lunch, fluids, scopes and footwear for walking in wet grass or mud. We'll meet at the south end of the Kingsgate P&R. Passenger cost per person $10 + ferry.
