Will you be the first one to welcome back our state bird, the American Goldfinch? Or will you be the one who finds the most nests high in the trees? April is when birds that migrate are here in their pretty spring feathers and singing in the marsh and meadows. It’s a great time for kids to go birding — parents and grandparents, too! Please arrive by 10 a.m. for an easy walk with leader Tricia Kishel.

The mission of Eastside Audubon is to protect, preserve and enhance natural ecosystems and our communities for the benefit of birds, other wildlife and people.
