Audubon chapters across the country survey their territories during the weeks around Christmas, gathering bird census data that is indispensable to the study of species distribution and the effects of climate change.

Christmas Bird Count Dinner

At the end of our count day on December 16, we'll tally the results during our traditional CBC dinner. It starts at 5:30 p.m. in the lower level of Northlake Unitarian Universalist Church, 308 Fourth Ave S, Kirkland, WA 98033.

The chapter will provide appetizers, a hot main course, beverages, and dessert. The dinner is free for all who participate in the bird count.

RSVP: Help us make sure we have the right amount of food! If you plan to attend the dinner, please call the Eastside Audubon office by Tuesday, December 12: 425-576-8805. Please advise of any special dietary needs.
