JUANITA BAY PARK BIRD WALK

An after work evening walk through the park to see what birds are in the area. Walk starts at 7:00pm (arrive earlier so we can start on time), bring binoculars and meet in the parking lot. If the parking lot is full, there is street parking on Market Street just south of the park, but avoid parking in the bus lane.

Pace: Leisurely walk. Terrain: Mostly flat grass/pavement/boardwalk. Distance: Less than 2 miles.

Level: Appropriate for all levels of birders.

Your safety is of paramount importance to Eastside Audubon. The following COVID-19 safety protocols apply for this bird walk:

  • This event is entirely outdoors, mask wearing is optional but welcome.

  • Participants are required to self-assess prior to the walk and must not attend if they have any COVID related symptoms (e.g. elevated temperature) or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past two weeks.

  • The trip leader is fully vaccinated.
