THIS BIRD WALK IS CANCELLED.
Bring your little ones with you on this casual nature walk with biologist and new parent, Dawn Huss. We’ll meet at 8 at the lawn between the bathrooms and boat launch at Rattlesnake Lake and will meander our way along the paved lakeside trail looking at birds, flowers, and whatever else we find. This trail is stroller and ADA friendly and the walk will be an hour long at a slow pace. Please register all self-propelled people. Those that will be in carriers or strollers the whole time don’t need to register. Bring binoculars if you have them and feel free to design some sweet toilet paper tube binoculars for those that just want to practice. Kids are not required and beginning or casual birders and nature lovers are also welcome.

This event is entirely outdoors, mask wearing is optional but welcome.
Participants are required to self-assess prior to the walk and must not attend if they have any COVID related symptoms (e.g. elevated temperature) or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past two weeks.
The trip leader is fully vaccinated.
