Marymoor bird walk

We will meet at the River kiosk at Parking lot D of Marymoor Park (next to the community gardens) and bird the Audubon Bird loop counter-clockwise. Find the map and more details about this Audubon Bird loop here.

We will walk at a leisurely pace on mostly flat terrain and cover a distance of around 2 miles. Birders of all levels, especially beginners are welcome. Please bring binoculars and wear weather appropriate clothing.

This bird walk is free and no registration is required.

Restroom access is seasonal (closed during the winter) but portable toilets are available in the park. There is a $1 fee to park at Marymoor Park and there are pay kiosks situated at each parking area throughout the park.

Leisurely, Terrain: Mostly flat, Distance: less than 2 miles.

  • This event is entirely outdoors, mask wearing is optional but welcome.

  • Participants are required to self-assess prior to the walk and must not attend if they have any COVID related symptoms (e.g. elevated temperature) or have been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the past two weeks.

  • The trip leader is fully vaccinated.

Conditions such as weather, road or park closures can potentially impact this event. This is especially true during winter months.
