This protected area on Lake Washington is a great spot for a spring walk for birds! We will walk the trails on mostly level ground of packed gravel and wooden boardwalk in the marshland and on the Wahkiakum Trail loop looking for early spring migrants including warblers and shorebirds and lingering winter waterfowl and resident birds. Return around Noon. Bring a snack.
