Knowing that birds, other wildlife, and the environment are critical to a healthy future, Eastside Audubon’s top priorities this year were to limit our supporters’ risk of exposure to the coronavirus while maintaining high-quality programming that would keep you informed on issues impacting our natural world.

Thanks to past support from donors like you, our chapter was able to act quickly to transition our programs online.

With the help of video communication software, classes and program nights have moved online and are helping supporters learn more about birds, natural spaces, and complex issues affecting our ecosystems.

But our work is not done. Shrinking habitats, rising temperatures, and the disruption of ecological communities continue to put birds at risk and are deeply impacting their chances of survival.
