Microsoft Office 365 Teams Manager
Objective:
Enhance the productivity and collaboration of Eastside Audubon’s board members and volunteers by organizing and streamlining our Microsoft programs. Your technical skills will help ensure that our digital workspace is intuitive, efficient, and accessible to all team members.
Position Overview:
As the Microsoft Office 365 Teams Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the structure and functionality of Eastside Audubon’s Microsoft Teams site. You will organize files, set up permissions, and create a user-friendly system that supports the organization’s operations. Your work will help our board members and volunteers focus on what they do best—advancing conservation and education initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Assess the current Microsoft setup and identify areas for improvement.
Organize folders, files, and channels for easy navigation and accessibility.
Set appropriate permissions to ensure data security and proper access control.
Provide brief training or documentation to help board members and volunteers effectively use the platform.
Troubleshoot technical issues and offer support for Microsoft Office-related questions.
Collaborate with the board and staff to ensure the Microsoft products aligns with organizational needs and workflows.
Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, especially Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and helpful manner.
Availability to commit 5–10 hours per month, with flexible scheduling.
